As the founder of MR BIOLOGICS, he has spent over a decade bridging the gap between complex laboratory research and practical, field-ready solutions.

With a career rooted in Research and Development, RM Kumar has held pivotal roles from Scientist to Managing Director, at various organisations. His experience includes working with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), the Indian Institute of Oilseeds Research (IIOR), the Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU), the Regional Agricultural Research Station (RARS), and various private organisations before taking the helm as CEO. His leadership is defined by a hands-on approach to creating high-quality biopesticides, biofertilisers, biostimulants and eco-friendly agrochemicals that empower farmers and protect the environment.

In addition to leading MR BIOLOGICS, he is the founder of Suvarna Crop Clinic, a startup honored in 2019 by the Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana - Remunerative Approaches for Agriculture and Allied Sector Rejuvenation (RKVY-RAFTAAR), a Government of India initiative.
